The last year was not a Samsung-year, especially since three Apple devices was sold for every Samsung manufactured device. But it appears that Samsung users are having the last laugh.

According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index for 2014, it is reporting that Samsung device users are more satisfied and happier than users of iPads and iPhones.
In the survey, Apple scored 79 while Samsung scored a whooping 81, which is an increase of six points from 2013, where as Apple on the other hand lost three points from 2013.
In 2013, Apple was actually in the lead with their customer satisfaction handing a 81 points, while Samsung was close behind at 76 points.
So a lot can happen in a year, as Samsung seems to have been catching up a lot.
Business Insider’s Steve Kobach called the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 “the best phone company has ever made”. He said that the Galaxy S5 has the best screen for a smartphone and an especially good camera.
But he also gives a win to the IPhone 6 series to be the best current smart phones on the market, so it’s not all Samsung.
None the less, 2015 will be a great year from companies such as Samsung and Apple, and we are certainly looking forward to the innovations and technology that will come out of this year.
